For 28 years, Lily worked at a Big 5 consulting firm, where she built and implemented SAP systems for major corporations. That work gave her a front-row seat to how the world's largest businesses actually run: their strategy, operations, and the scalable systems that hold it all together. She knows the consulting side cold.
Then she founded AMA Academy. Through it, Lily has mentored and supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and beauty professionals across industries and cities throughout the United States.
